Both compensation model options are W2 employees! Annual Salary and F.F.S Billable Hour Rate depend on post-licensure mental health counseling/psychotherapy experience and licensure level—bi-weekly pay schedule.

Staff Psychotherapist

Responsibilities:

– Conduct psychotherapy, counseling to a diverse clientele.

– Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals

– Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address client issues

– Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments

– Stay up-to-date with current research in the field of psychotherapy and counseling and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

– Other related activities as needed

Skills:

– Strong clinical skills in providing therapy

– Experience working with clients in a mental health setting

– Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients

– Strong organizational skills
