Holly is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service. She has experience working in St. Vincent’s Hospital’s Excel Adolescent Addiction Treatment Program, The Jewish Board, and the Trager Lemp Center at Westchester Jewish Community Services. Holly has experience working with individuals, couples, and families of various ages and backgrounds, from childhood to late adulthood. In her work, she has addressed adjustment to multiple life changes and transitions, trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, self-esteem, relationships, and grief. As a psychotherapist, Holly is passionate about engagement and empowering her patients to live their best lives. By offering empathic support and motivational enhancement, she collaborates with them to face and overcome many of life’s challenges. Holly uses CBT, DBT, and CPT skills in her client work and specializes in trauma. Holly also has extensive experience working with immigrants and refugees.
