Kate is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She graduated from New York University Silver School of Social Work in May 2018. She attended Franklin & Marshall College ad obtained her degree in Psychology and Film & Media Studies. Kate worked in Child Welfare before joining the Alssaro team. She has extensive experience working with adults, adolescents and families. Kate’s approach to therapy is supportive, integrative and relational. She frequently utilizes psychodynamic principles to assist clients in understanding their own conflicts and gain a greater sense of control over their stressors. She is a deep listener, believes in a growth-mindset and works collaboratively with clients to help navigate their core identities, and all of the complexities that come with it.
