Kelly is a Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist. She has been in the counseling field since 2018 after receiving her BA in Psychology from Hofstra University and MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Iona College. She has worked in private practice and Clinic settings for 4 years as a psychotherapist. Kelly has experience in psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and children. Working with a variety of issues including, premarital and marital, relationships, anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma and a variety of other life transitional issues. As a psychotherapist, she enjoys providing compassionate, collaborative, challenging, and insightful support as she journeys with her clients through a variety of challenges they face. Kelly understands that our past has influenced our present, but it does not have to dictate our future. Our life experience, positive or negative, are building blocks for who we are today and can be effective tools in creating who we aspire to be tomorrow. She believes that you have all that you need inside of you and with the right tools, empathic support, and personal determination, you can achieve your goals and move towards healing.
