Sarah is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and then went on to earn her MSW from Fordham University. Sarah has experience working in a variety of school settings with teens and young adults. She also has a unique background in working with students with learning differences and advocating for their needs. While working in higher education, she helped clients learn the tools to manage their anxiety, depression, social and relationship challenges, school pressures, ADHD, stress, and self-esteem. Sarah uses a person-centered approach, incorporating motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel empowered and supported. As a therapist, she leads with empathy and wants her clients to know that they are not alone on this journey!
