Senora is a mental health counselor who specializes in psychotherapy. She earned her masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University’s Steinhart School of Culture, Education, and Human Delovepment and a Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Lehman College. Senora has experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups from a range off, age and cultural, populations. She uses her skills to help these communities tackle a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, grief and loss, relationships challenges, and many other life transition concerns. As a psychotherapist, she enjoys providing authentic, compassionate, challenging, and insightful support as she journeys with her clients through a variety of challenges they face. She understands that it is sometimes difficulty to confront the mental and emotional challenges so many of us face but, with gentle empathic support, the right tools, and dedication we can all experience a life that brings us satisfaction, genuine connection, and overall wellbeing. Although we may not have had a choice in the experiences of our past, we all have the ability to determine our future, with patience, self compassion, and a little courage we can confront our biggest fears to help us see a brighter tomorrow.
