Giselle is a Mental Health Counselor, (Limited Permit). She completed her Masters in Community and Counseling Psychology at Russell Sage College. She has worked in the field since 2019 and has experience working with a diverse clientele including adolescents, young adults, adults, and people with disabilities. Giselle understands that each person possesses their own unique story, pain, and struggles but also firmly believes that it is possible to come home to yourself and stand securely amid the challenges surrounding you. To achieve this her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and person-centered strength-based approaches but also understands that each client is unique, tailoring her approach to best meet the needs of each of her clients.
