We have the ability to challenge our mind, change our behavior, and expand the use of the life tools we have already received to create the person we aspire to be. Remember there are no limitations in life unless you create the limit yourself. Marissa believes both internal and external motivation, nonjudgmental empathic support, and therapeutic tools can put you on the right path to achieve personal goals, set healthy boundaries, and improve your quality of life.
